Before you email
Having trouble connecting Twitch or YouTube?
Go to Settings → Platforms and try disconnecting then reconnecting your account.
Not seeing your daily tasks?
Tasks are generated once per day. If they haven't appeared, check Settings → Platforms to make sure your streaming accounts are connected.
Clip editor not working?
The clip editor requires a Twitch VOD link. Make sure the VOD is public and not expired (Twitch VODs expire after 14–60 days depending on your account type).
Want to cancel your Pro subscription?
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription in the app. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of your billing period.
